🤔What is it?
The leadership fellowship is a 12-month programme designed for doctors to gain experience in healthcare-affiliated organisations outside of clinical practice. It provides a unique opportunity to develop essential skills in leadership, management, strategy, project management, and health policy.
The Clinical Fellowship Scheme offers an unparalleled experience, allowing fellows to contribute to key national healthcare projects while honing their leadership potential. This programme is ideal for doctors looking to grow as future clinical leaders.
To Note
To Note- The fellowship begins annually on 1st September.
- The location of the fellowship depends on the host organisation, but majority are within London.
- Majority of the posts are full time however some are available as less than full time or flexible.

Requirements
Requirements- For doctors training in any speciality who have completed foundation training by the 1st of September.
- Full GMC licence.
- Strong interest in leadership.
